Turgelis (turgelis.com) is an online listings platform for the Lithuanian community worldwide to buy and sell goods and services. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
By registering, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account security and all activity conducted through it. One person may have only one account.
When posting items you agree to: provide accurate descriptions, use only your own photos or photos you have rights to use, set realistic prices, not post prohibited items (weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products).
It is forbidden to post: illegal goods or services, fraudulent or misleading listings, content with illegal material, spam or mass repetitive listings, listings unrelated to buying/selling.
Turgelis is an intermediary between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for: product quality or condition, transaction outcomes between users, payment processing, losses due to fraud between users.
We reserve the right to block accounts or remove listings without notice if you violate these terms, if fraud reports are received, or if activity harms other users or the site.
The Turgelis brand, design and software belong to the Turgelis team. User-uploaded content (photos, descriptions) remains the property of users.
We may update these terms. By continuing to use the site after changes, you agree to the new terms.
